Long-term commitment to TYPO3
For more than 15 years, web-vision employees have been supporting the further development of TYPO3 in various projects and teams. We are active participants in the Education Committee, Marketing Team, TYPO3 Association Board or TYPO3 Core Team and thus permanently ensure the further development of TYPO3. As of October 2023, six employees contribute permanently to official teams, committees and boards. In addition, another five people develop TYPO3 software, which is published free of charge as open source solutions for TYPO3.

In-House: TYPO3 Core Developer
Since July 2023 web-vision has been able to hire TYPO3 Core Developer & Merger Stefan Bürk as an employee. Stefan devotes 80% of his working time to the further development of the TYPO3 Core. The rest of the time he is available for tricky TYPO3 challenges, as a contact point for the TYPO3 team or for consulting on customer projects.

Founder of FGTCLB Agency Network
We are proud to be a founding member of the FGTCLB Agency Network, which is a perfect solution for large web projects and offers a strong network of more than 100 web professionals around open source software in six locations in the heart of Europe.

TYPO3 Association Platinum Member
The agency association FGTCLB has been a Platinum Member of the TYPO3 Association since 2021. All agencies participating in the FGTCLB also have the Gold Partner status of the TYPO3 Association.

With the FGTCLB agency network, web-vision has been a TYPO3 Solution Partner since October 2023 and is thus an early adopter of the new TYPO3 partner program.

Our CEO Boris Hinzer has been active in the TYPO3 community for more than 10 years in various teams and committees. Since 2015 he is part of the TYPO3 Association Board and since 05/2023 Vice President of the TYPO3 Association.

Development of the TYPO3 certifications
As part of the Education Committee of the TYPO3 Association, we develop and maintain the question pool for the TYPO3 Editor and TYPO3 Integrator certifications and have developed and initiated the Consultant certifications. Currently four web-vision employees are part of the TYPO3 Education Committee.

web-vision develops products based on TYPO3. As a member of the TYPO3 Academic Committee, our CEO Boris Hinzer is available as a contact and interface between universities and the TYPO3 Association. As of October 2023, over 70 universities are already members of the TYPO3 Academic Committee.

At web-vision, Walt Disney is not only known for its comics, but a method for requirements elicitation in the context of requirements engineering. MoSCoW is also much more than just a city in Russia for us, but a method for prioritizing requirements. For the specification in the context of a user story we use, together with our customers, the INVEST method to provide this with acceptance criteria for the development according to the SMART principle.

Scrum and TYPO3 certified employees
At web-vision we permanently focus on the education and training of our employees. The qualification and certification of our employees in the various areas of TYPO3 development is therefore a matter of course and indispensable for us. As of 09/2023, our employees have a total of 18 Scrum and TYPO3 certifications as TYPO3 Certified Editor (TCCE), Integrator (TCCI), Developer (TCCD), Consultants (TCCC) and Scrum Product Owners.

Professional project and budget controlling
Projects are considered successful if they have met the desired requirements and delivered on time and on budget. On the individual project dashboards, web-vision customers can always find the current budget usage in the individual development epics. Daily time tracking on user stories and tasks, are automatically evaluated at specific thresholds and notify developers, project management and customers. Documented budget reconciliations take place together with customers, project managers and, if desired, with the development teams.

Versioned TYPO3 Development
All code developed by web-vision is versioned in an audit-proof manner. This means that we can answer questions like these at any time: When was this code created, published and why was it created. And even a rollback to a previous state is possible at any time.

web-vision's established multi-stage development with isolated development systems, separate preview and acceptance instances and productive environments publish developments through Continuos Integration without any downtime. Automated code and smoktests secure code releases and can automatically roll back entire deployments within seconds in case of failure.
