Long-term commitment to TYPO3
For more than 15 years, web-vision employees have been supporting the further development of TYPO3 in various projects and teams. We are active participants in the Education Committee, Marketing Team, TYPO3 Association Board or TYPO3 Core Team and thus permanently ensure the further development of TYPO3. As of October 2023, six employees contribute permanently to official teams, committees and boards. In addition, another five people develop TYPO3 software, which is published free of charge as open source solutions for TYPO3.
In-House: TYPO3 Core Developer
Since July 2023 web-vision has been able to hire TYPO3 Core Developer & Merger Stefan Bürk as an employee. Stefan devotes 80% of his working time to the further development of the TYPO3 Core. The rest of the time he is available for tricky TYPO3 challenges, as a contact point for the TYPO3 team or for consulting on customer projects.

Our CEO Boris Hinzer has been active in the TYPO3 community for more than 10 years in various teams and committees. Since 2015 he is part of the TYPO3 Association Board and since 05/2023 Vice President of the TYPO3 Association.

Development of the TYPO3 certifications
As part of the Education Committee of the TYPO3 Association, we develop and maintain the question pool for the TYPO3 Editor and TYPO3 Integrator certifications and have developed and initiated the Consultant certifications. Currently four web-vision employees are part of the TYPO3 Education Committee.

Scrum and TYPO3 certified employees
At web-vision we permanently focus on the education and training of our employees. The qualification and certification of our employees in the various areas of TYPO3 development is therefore a matter of course and indispensable for us. As of 09/2023, our employees have a total of 18 Scrum and TYPO3 certifications as TYPO3 Certified Editor (TCCE), Integrator (TCCI), Developer (TCCD), Consultants (TCCC) and Scrum Product Owners.
